Amazing $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are three different bundles available here.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Package Levels
Basic Package
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Charitable Component
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose their donation amount in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
